Cēsis Affiliation is the newest RTU affiliation that was established in 2011 with an aim to provide engineering education in the Vidzeme Region.

At RTU Cēsis Affiliation students can study at professional bachelor, academic and 1st level higher professional education study programs both full time and part time.
